Meet Vincent!

Vincent is 14 and will start grade 10 at Kazungula Boarding School in 2026! His favourite subject is Maths and when Vincent grows up, he hopes to become a doctor! Vincent lives with his parents and 3 siblings. However, his father is battling a chronic illness and his mother’s business is struggling to provide the funds to take care of everyone.

Unfortunately, Vincent’s current sponsor is no longer able to continue next year. He is therefore looking for someone who can help him continue his education so that he may achieve his dreams that are just beyond reach at this time. All students are required to pay school fees as well as purchase a school uniform, shoes, and other supplies, which many families cannot afford. In times of crisis, impoverished children are especially vulnerable and face several challenges. Girls who are unable to attend school have a high risk of becoming pregnant or being forced into marriage, whereas boys have a high risk of underage drinking, smoking, and becoming involved in petty crime. By sponsoring a child you are giving them access to life-changing programs and support.
